"Although I called 48 hours beforehand to let them know when I was arriving, I never heard back. When I arrived, I couldn't contact the agency because the address given was incorrect. (The person responsible said he had lost his mobile for 6 hours.) It took 3 hours to contact him. A very nice lady who saw I was in need of help took me to her home and called him.
