"The property was amazing and the staff was extremely accommodating. We had to check in after hours due to a train delay and the staff made that process seamless. The photos did not do the room justice! The balcony over the medieval alleyway was a sublime place to rest after a long day exploring everything the old city has to offer. It was a 1minute walk (if that) to the Piazza del Campo and a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. With numerous bars and restaurants at your finger tips it was easy to feel as if you were a local. Yet, it's location one street away from the main street made it easy to escape the noise of the bustling tourist area. I stayed here with my fiancee and it was one of the most romantic stats of our lives. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will be staying here again when we return to Siena for more of La Dolce Vita! "
