Good enough in area

It is close to the airport and was a great place to stay.

Super cheap and convenient. Very clean

Very close to the downtown, clean and pretty. Good breakfast

The staff were very kind and accommodating. My daughter decided to accompany me so I contacted the hotel and they gave me a bigger room with no additional charge! We got free water, coffee, tea on daily basis. It did have AC ( not mentioned in hotel description), refrigerator, blow dryer, and there’s a microwave on the main floor. Super shower pressure and you don’t run out of hot water. One negative thing is that housekeeping comes only every three days but trash is taken out daily. It was on...

Not in the old Town but Great location as well. The Hotel is Really Clean & Beautiful. If there's any complaint is: the man that checked us in could do a little bit more smiling! Overall, Very Happy Customers!

The apartment was magnificent. Excellent location. The staff was superb. Highly recommended if you want to visit Krakow.

Hotel location is good. Staff helpful. Basic facilities but good value. Only minus is pillow, too small.

No AC but there was no need for it. Overall clean and super easy to stay. Walking distance to old town, castle and market Square. I cant say it is to loud but if you are a light sleeper you need ear plugs and they are provided. You can hear people talking, walking/opening door and it can wake you up. I stayed in small room with my 8year old daughter. Felt safe and clean, staff was super friendly, we used luggage storage after checking in. I would definitely come back

Good location! Property was 10 minutes walk from Krakow Glowny station (20 minutes train ride from airport). 10 minutes walk to the main square, 15 minutes walk to Wawel Castle. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Unit is located on 3rd floor (counting 1st floor as 1) and very quiet. Excellent amenities. Washer, rack to hang clothes and coffee maker with coffee beans. Paper towels , dish soap and sponge, dish towels which are rare in other properties.

Staff is helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is simple and healthy. Getting into the hostel can be difficult for the first time but once you are in it’s a breeze. Would highly recommend for the price.

Exceptional hotel in the old town, close to everything. The hotel was amazing for the price. My only complaint was the level of noise during the night, but that’s to be expected in a city with a night life scene like Krakow. Overall a great hotel for what you pay.

Cleanliness and courtesy of the front desk.

Super clean and comfortable and in a great location
