Wie in der Gegend typisch, handelt es sich hier um ein schnell hochgezogenes Wohnhaus, bei dem die Vermietung an Touris im Vordergrund sieht. Man hat es sehr nah zur Innenstadt und Foodhall. Sängar är hårda, bäddsoffan likaså.Ingen microugn i köket, söndig handdukhängare i badrummet, det tar 5 min för att varmvatten skall komma ur duschen. I det stora hela överväger läget och priset nackdelarna"
