"Budget hotel, basic, good for one night stay. For restaurants, drive to nearby town (4km). Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean but towels weren't fresh. Wifi okay in réception area. Good value for money."

"We were unable to honour our original booking due to a Brexit related problem with our dogs at the Channel Tunnel in the UK. I emailed the hotel and received a reply the following day saying that our stay would be honoured for the following night which we were able to accept and subsequently arrived and stayed. No additional charge was requested, only the extra for our dogs to be in the room with us. Well done Ibis Budget Dax"

"The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though."

The staff are friendly and the views of the lake are stunning. I was a little disappointed that the bar wasn’t open after 9pm as sitting in the terrace overlooking the lake is beautiful and far nicer than any of the local bars.
