Lady who greeted my partner was very pleasant and helpful. Only one downfall if you are a light sleeper is that the hotel is opposite a clocktower which chimes on the hour, every hour. "The room was exactly as shown in the photos! Very easy check in, everywhere was spotless. Beds were more comfortable than my own at home. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved.
