"While checking in my reservation was cancelled. I had a hard time getting help with that mistake on Hampton Inn or Orbitz part. The gentleman at the front desk (Jeff) was very helpful. He was able to get the reservation back after one hour. The only reason I would book again at location will be because of Jeff."
