"Close to Village Center and a short drive to Acadia. Is was nice to just park at the motel and walk down to the shopping and restaurants in the heart of Bar Harbor. Breakfast is muffins, fruit and granola bars with coffee, tea, juice and water to grab and go. Room was fine, older, bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, probably from moisture but otherwise all was good."

"Anchorage is located nicely to reach everything in BH- within walking distance to bars, restos, shops, etc. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended."

"It is a nice place to stay in the middle price range to visit Acadia National Park. Breakfast is a good continental breakfast with plenty of options. Cookies by front desk are yummy. Approximately 5-7 minute drive to Acadia National Park, very convenient and it wasn’t super crowded when we were there. My only complaint to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the a/c didn’t work great. "

"The location is just far enough to be away from the clamor of the shops and restaurants to be quiet, yet close enough to be within walking distance of anywhere you would like to go to around town. The room was clean, modern, and had a surprisingly large kitchen. Two grocery stores are very accessible by foot if you prefer to prepare some meals. "

Hotel was super clean, delicious breakfast with gluten free options, and my kids loved a dip in the pool after a long day of hiking. Staff was friendly, would definitely stay again on our next trip to Bar Harbor"
