"The rooms were nice, and the food was great. Some of the front desk staff stay out front instead of checking on the needs of customers already there waiting at the desk. Also all the housekeepers that I have encountered here were very rude and unfriendly."

"Rooms were standard nothing overly special. Breakfast was good with variety, the staff working breakfast were excellent friendly and kept all well stocked. The pool area was not super. Smaller pool, cold and very wet slippery ground. I would stay again. "

"I know that the water in MI is a hard water, but I was a bit disappointed in the mold and algea stains all around out tub. I would suggest a product I have found at Home Depot that removes these stains, it is EcoLab bathroom cleaner. I am not blaming the staff, as I know that this water creates issues, but it just makes the shower very unappealing. "

"The room was filthy. Stains everywhere. Tub was suoposed to be white there were bugs all over the tub toilet. Sheets had stains. Room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. The woman at the desk was rude. "

"Our TV didn't work, the front desk said they would send someone to fix,but never did. The pool was out of order, the parking lot had holes in the pavement, and the so called breakfast had milk and cereal, bread with no toasters. "
