"Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. Only one drawback was that we had to enter our rooms via the fire escape which had 2 flights of metal stairs which was quite difficult in the rain carrying suitcases. Otherwise everything else was good. The staff were lovely and very professional."
