"Our arrival was a little bumpy. My husband did not have his driver’s licence with him. He was in the middle of the Ride to conquer cancer to Niagara. I had to drive all the way from Barrie to Hamilton to confirm the visa. We would recommend having a manager or second staff member on stand by. The person on duty was a little frazzled and not very friendly. Other than this, we had a lovely clean room and relaxing bedroom, thank you. "
