"The hotel did not expect me. Then asked me to pay 500k dong per day despite the document indicating that i had paid. They did not speak a word of english - and that did not help. I had trouble locating my receipt on the Expedia website.They called a next door neighbor in who spoke very good english.. and after three separate conversations - and 2-3 hours of wasted time. they excepted that there was no problem. They said that expedia had not paid them, and that seemed to be the confusion....

"No one at the front desk ever, but there a lady in the restaurant inside the lobby and can call the hotel manager for you. manager is very accommodating and let us check in early and out late with no extra fees. Night market a block away. "

"Todo fue increíble !! Muy buena ubicación aunque no en la mera playa. Un servicio excepcional. Hacen todo lo posible para complacerte. Alberca súper bonita y cómoda. Digamos un hotel boutique pero sin la etiqueta. (Solo falta poner aroma en las toallas y que no sean de micro fibra para que sequen mejor) pero es un detalle mínimo. Todo lo demás Súper Bien!! "It's a beautiful spot tucked away off the main road. A bit hard to find at first but after it becomes easy after a while. Cycle rentals on site, great pool and a small paradise off the main road. Very quiet and a lovely neighbourhood with great eating spots along the small road. Spacious rooms, comfy beds Clean and nice staff. Highly recommended "

"Was really happy with this family run guest house that i stayed in for my last night in Phu Quoc before flying out. Incredibly helpful family members, room was impeccably clean (although towels and sheets although perfectly laundered, both had few wear-n-tear stains). Bathroom was spotless (which made me so happy), and hot water and shower worked perfectly. WiFi worked very well also so managed to get a lot of work done. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to main road with shops , grocery,...

"Bed was too hard for me. Guests from a particular country had no manners; singing with door open at 4a.m. I checked out 4days early. Some of facilities were not open/ready as the Expedia site."
