"The room looked clean, but definitely was not. The floors were nasty and sticky. Bathroom stunk of urine. The beds were hard as rocks. The pull out couch/bed was broken. I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"Got to property late for a parents weekend at Ga Southern… and Kay had let us know how to get in and we were so surprised as to location and how well equipped place was..!! We are planning to come back again with my grandson and our family to enjoy this amazing place.. The outside back covered porch area and fire pit with the pond/lake…just a great spot..!! Highly recommend a stay here .!! Kay the host was great as was the property..!! "
