Ein paar Meter von Fluss Kamenice, aus dem Hotel raus und gleich in den Wald gehen können. Alles in Harrachov ( Seilbahn, Sommerrodelbahn, Wasserfall, fußläufig erreichbar. Wie kommen wieder. "I stayed with my children and we really enjoyed the food and the service in the restaurant/bar was great. My boys liked the playroom for kids and table tennis upstairs. Ski storage was big enough to dry our jackets too. The only negative was the size of our room and no TV. Highly recommended."

"מיקום המלון אינו במרכז העניינים , מרחק הליכה של 10 -15 דק. נקודת התורפה המרכזית הנה ניקיון החדר , להפתעתנו בכל זמן השהייה (סה"כ 5 לילות) לא באו אפילו פעם אחת לנקות את החדר ביקשנו להחליף מגבות ונענו שפה זה לא מלון וניתן להחליף פעם ב 4 ימים בחדרים אין חלונות. הווי פיי איטי להחריד קיים קושי לתקשר את בעלי הפנסיון בשפה האנגלית."

"Pobyt jak najbardziej udany, świetna baza wypadowa na snowboard, czyste pokoje, wspólne łazienki i prysznice bardzo zadbane, smakowite śniadania, bezpłatny dostęp do internetu, miła obsługa, przystanek bezpłatny skibus pod samym hotelem, urokliwa okolica,bar na terenie ośrodka (jedyny minus-zamykany o różnych godzinach - kiedy pasowało to barmanowi. Polecam!"

"Bardzo ciekawe miejsce, w samym centrum Szklarskiej, jednakże panuje tu cisza i spokój, słychać jedynie szum pobliskiego strumyka. Duży parking do dyspozycji. Pokoje raczej małe (a przynajmniej nasz taki był, ale dla nas wysarczył, jako że wracalismy głownie na noclegi, reszta dnia w górach), brak ręczników w pkoju trochę nas zdziwił - zwłaszcza że dostępny jest zestaw kosmetyków (może sprzątaczka zapomniała zostawić). Poza tym wszystko super, a zwłaszcza PRZEPYSZNE urozmaicone śniadania!!!!!...

"Zimmer und Restaurant sehrgut - schade war, dass es keinen Zimmerservice gab und das das Personal nur eingeschränkt Deutsch bzw. Englisch sprachen. Super Ausblicke und tolles Wetter. Lage des Haus ist ein Traum - der Schattel hat gut funktioniert. "
