It is a lovely hotel above an Italian restaurant with very convenient access to Penarth train station with regular trains into nearby Cardiff. It has both single and double size rooms and I usually choose a single. "Pleasant student housing near the centre of Cardiff. The rooms are basic but very functional. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy access from the main train and bus stations."
