Dislike: Thought we booked en suite but only a double was allocated. The advertised free shuttle to ferry was not available and hasn’t been for years. Spa out of order. "We arrived and promptly welcomed by Arianne with a cup of tea and carrot cake - lovely touch. At the end of our day's walk, the hot tub was very much appreciated. Facilities are great.
