"Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night. Very clean and comfortable room. "

"Room is generally OK, with bright windows. Would have been a great stay if not for the extremely poor Wi-fi. Most of the time there is no signal, resulting in dropped connections. In fact one of the guests in another room had to check out and move to another hotel in order to get a proper wifi for his work. That is a shame."

"Very comfortable, clean and the rate is reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location may be a little hidden and there's no signage showing to the hotel entrance."

"The property has a very nice living area, and a very nice and helpful staff. Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. Property is at a walkable distance from the city center and the tourist attractions, as well as a shopping mall."

"It is not about the property. The apps provider is terrible. Expedia said room available, i booked and paid. Unfortunately, when arrived hotel, the hotel said all fully booked and I lost my money."

"The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again."

Look at the pictures (which look great) and imagine what it will look like 15 years or so later unmaintained and little cleaned,. Imagine any hotel, nightmares you can think of, and you’ll find them in this hotel. "THEY PUT ME IN ROOM 102, WHICH HAS UNLOCKED WINDOWS AND IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. I COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE I WAS SCARED OF BEING MUGGED! THE TOILET IS FILTHY WITH MOSS AND WHATNOT AND THE TV DOESNT WORK. I WILL NEVER RETURN ANS I HOPE THE HOTEL BURNED DOWN BECAUSE OF STUPID MANAGEMENT. THE STAFF SAID THE DEPOSIT WILL GET REFUNDED ON 2 DAYS NOTICE. IF IVE KNOWN I COULDVE PAID THE DEPOSIT VIA CASH. WHAT YOU GIVE YOU GET BACK. I AM AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER."

"I had a fine stay for one night, just to catch a morning train (It's conveniently located near railway and bus terminals). So I wasn't expecting much, and the hostel largely delivered.The beds, plumbing and Internet were all reliable. But what the photos don't show you is that the "rooms" are in fact cubicles - the thin walls fall short of the ceiling. This allows the units to be cooled by central airconditioning units, which is eco friendly - but lets in lots of noise from neighboring rooms....
