"The stay was lovely. Staff were very helpful on arrival and it was very easy to check in. Only downside was I wish there was an option for a breakfast in the morning. However there was plenty of other options across the road."

"Our hosts were great. They upgraded us to a bigger room as they had the space. The food was really good and plenty of it at fantastic prices. Our room had an electric fire which was very useful as the weather was cold for June. Overall it was an old quirky character full property with really friendly owners. We would come again if in the area."

"First time I'd stayed at the Clifton and it was a lovely stay. Lovely welcome, lovely view across the bay from my bed, and nice and clean and comfortable. Would have liked a little lamp in my room instead of the big light, and the bathroom fan didnt work but other than that it was lovely. Breakfast was self service and it was lovely, the sausages were MASSIVE and the waiter brought coffee or tea as required. Would i stay again ? Yes, most definitely. "Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. "

"It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "
