"The receptionists was really rude and short towards me when I came in to check in. I had checked in at 2am and the doors were locked and she seemed to be upset that I appeared at the door to check in. Upon walking in, she went around the desk and just stood there looking at me. I told her that I had reservation and gave my name, she immediately said "no, you dont." Without looking on the computer. I gave her my id and pulled up my reservation on Hotels.com and showed her my confirmation on the...
