"We had to get to hospital by 530am. I called the front desk asking him to order a taxi for us. He told me he knew nothing about local taxis. Very poor service from what is supposed to be a decent hotel "

"The room was clean and updated. The bed and pillows comfortable. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, so there is some dust. The breakfast is a bit lacking (cereal and bagels/toast) and the coffee was so hot it curdled the cream (reported to staff). The front desk personnel very pleasant. I was remembered from a previous stay ans check-in was a breeze."

"The property was dated but under renovations. It was clean and in a great location with White Oaks mall right across the street, and many restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again."

"New rooms, however having the individual bedroom doors automatically walk seems like it can cause a problem. The property is under heavy construction. Getting off campus requires lots of walking and is even more difficult with the construction."

"Quick check in. Older building, with stairs to second floor units. Air conditioner was not consistent, came on and after a few minutes was off and needed re-setting. Reasonable price."

"The bathroom looks new, the beds are comfortable, the room is quiet, you are downtown in fifteen minutes and on the highway in three. What's not to like? (The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but typical for this style of place, and better than no breakfast at all. Starbucks is close.)"

"You get what you pay for. Small room with heavily scratched desk. Bed is okay for comfort but moves around a lot. Tiles in bathroom are broken. Behind the toilet and between bathtub and counter are very dirty. "

"Pros ; we got there pretty late and i made a reservation online with my CC before going so check in was a breeze. The man at the front desk who helped check us in was super friendly and easy going. My friend that stayed the night reported to me that the bed was very comfortable , and that the wifi worked so he was able to watch shows and stuff on his phone. He said he had stayed in much worse lol They also advertise check out as being from 11 to 1pm which is really awesome and my friend really...
