"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"To clear up the contradictory reviews. This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab. The staff was very friendly, did use my translate app. But was not a problem or a hassle and was surprised I didn’t need to use it more this trip.
