"Taxi Could not even drive to hotel and had to drop us at an intersection for a rickshaw to take us to hotel. After several attempts the ricky could not even reach the hotel. Customer service is POOR and Phone calls to the hotels phone were UNANSWERED so we were forced to find another hotel. I was not able to get back a full rebate "

"The hotel room was decent, the bathroom was clean and I had hot water running all through the day. The stuff was really nice..they cleaned my room everyday and one of them also carried my luggage all the way up to my cab (~1km away from the hotel) after checking out. The property practically opens into the Munshi ghat, so it is really easy to get there. My main concern was the hotel entrance which I would not recommend for those with limited mobility or the elderly. It's deep inside the Galis...

"While the property was in a narrow lane (very Varanasi like), room was spacious, bed comfortable and amenities top class. You would feel a sense of history (250 year old property, owned by legendary braj bhasha writer) but at the same time a sense of being at home as the current management takes great care of your comfort. "There was no hotel in the first place as mentioned in your website. It is under Construcion bungalow in private property. On the first day it was very difficult to find out the location. Initially no body attended phone. Finally we were able to locate after one hour search, somebody attended phone and their person came to take us on main road. We were taken on second floor of under construction bunglow with dangerous unsafe staircase. There were no lights. My wife and son with great difficulty...
