"It does not have a pool. This is the main reason for booking this accommodation. It has a photo showing a lovely pool area. It does not have this. Other negatives - only one plug socket in room - no where near a mirror or tv. No coffee making facilities in room. Paid 130 euro in taxi fair as they did not reply to 3 messages regarding check in and their advert said check in was 3-6 with no after hours check in. "+ Great hotel to stay for ski trip in close Madonna Campiglio ski complex. Excellent and vary breakfast (both sweet and savory products). Free parking on-site. - Hotel requested extra 50 EUR for late check-in, We negotiated the lower price but finally the check-in was done via code for door access and earlier whatsapp contact and nobody was waiting for us. This means that the extra fee looked as irrational."

"I have just come back from a stay at hotel baitone which overall I was not impressed with at all. The room itself was good and very clean as was the restaurant but the location of the hotel was not what it was described on the website. It wasn’t in Malcesine it was 7 kilometres outside of the town which we had to get a taxi to or walk which was one hour and 17 mins. Very disappointedin the hotel.com website which I will never use again "

"Die Unterkunft entsprach nach meinem Empfinden nicht den Anpreisungen der Anzeige. Wir waren in einem kleinen Studio mit Kochnische untergebracht. Soweit so gut, aber ein richtiges Bett anstatt einer Ausziehcouch wäre echt nett gewesen. Von den großzügig angegebenen vier Sternen der Anzeige verfügt das Hotel letztendlich über zwei.
