Lors de mon arrivĂ©e dans l aprĂšs-midi la personne qui me reçoit me dit que la chambre n est pas tout Ă  fait prĂȘte et de patienter quelques minutes ( il m a offert jne boisson pour patienter) Il revient ensuite me voir pour me dire que maintenant il ne trouve aucune rĂ©servation Ă  mon nom. Je contacte via chat expĂ©dia qui n arrivant pas Ă  joindre l hĂŽtel...
