"A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"

"There were some positives about our stay here. The receptionist Alba was very friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was only an hour from Bilbao. However when we arrived we were greeted by a huge pile of dirty sheets outside our room; the room was looking very tired, the sofa was marked and unclean as was the shower curtain. The lights in the lounge area did not work. The breakfast room was a scene of neglect, with most tables left with people’s half eaten...
