"Part of staying here is to have your own private jacuzzi. Ours was broken. Didn’t get to enjoy our stay like we had planned to. By time it was fixed, it was already midnight. Service guy was super kind & helpful. Wish staff had sent him earlier in the evening like they said they would. Shower is tiny. Hotel is cute but could use a good touch up. "On return, post concert, we had to wade through a flooded road due to significant rainfall. No issue of the hotel, but apparently a problem in that locale as there is a flood measuring post planted roadside, at the end of the seawall. Front desk girl was courteous and efficient. Bartenders were spot-on. All in all, a nice spot."
