"POSITIVES: Rooms were a great size. Heat pump was good. Towels changed daily. Great parking. NEGATIVES: Room is not cleaned during the 4 night stay. Coffee & tea not replenished daily. TV! Unfortunately you have to use your own personal logins to watch the apps on tv, otherwise nothing!"

"Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The property is being renovated so doesn't look its best from the outside but is excellent inside. My only problem was the lack of a power point in the bedroom to charge my phone. Other than that, I was very happy and would definitely stay there again."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."

"Location was great, like 1~2 mins away from the closest seashore and we can see the sunset! Town centre is also in 1 min, which was good. Only what I wished is the Wi-Fi connection. Connection was good in the Lounge but not strong enough once getting in to the room. "
