"The manager did not know what rooms were occupied so he knocked on doors to find out what rooms were empty. The first 2 rooms had someone in them. Also the lock did not work for the room I finally was able to get in except for his master key. He said he was always available to let me into the room. I went out to dinner and he was not there when I got back. Had to 45 minutes for him to return to get into my room."
