"First time in Exuma and Charlie was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The waterfront is so beautiful and the Boston whaler/car gave us easy access to explore. The house is cozy and immaculately clean, all of the appliances, rooms and furniture were spotless. We will definitely be returning and staying longer next time. Highly recommend."

"A beautiful house that was well equipped. The house is about 40 min from the airport but is in a great, quiet location. I had my adult children and 1 year old grand baby. The sandbar area is perfect for children to play. The pool area is nice with the tanning ledge. The host was very responsive. We hope to return in the future. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Palm House! The house is beautiful yet comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and the beds are extremely comfortable. We enjoyed nice breezes on the back porch with views of the water. The location is great with everything you need close by. We are definitely looking forward to returning to The Palm House!"
