"The staff in the evening could use better customer service skills the room that they gave me the deadbolt lock was unscrewing and I had to tighten the deadbolt lock like it had been kicked in and that's about it"

"The stay was great! The only problem I had was the system the hotel used to take care of check in info so you do have to do it when you get there, the system charged me an extra $581 and it took about a week to get it back! Other than that the stay was fine and staff was great and helpful! "

"The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The lobby is small with no continental breakfast which we were aware of. There was not any water/ice stations that we saw. There is no elevator access, so you will have to walk up stairs if you have a 2nd floor room. Rooms were clean and spacious but little amenities which we were aware of and was not a problem for us as we were only staying one night. The only downside to the room was the poor WiFi service, poor water pressure for the shower...
