Staff and Hristo the owner went out of their way to be helpful and we really appreciated all the little extra thoughtful touches such as a handwritten personal welcome notice displayed in reception. The staff were helpful from the start, with restaurant recommendations and other very useful info (e.g. the nearest ATM). And my room overlooking the park was quiet, comfortable, and clean"
