"Check-in was face-to-face with friendly people, room was comfortable and clean, pet-friendly rooms had dog bowls outside the rooms, despite being on a main road there was little traffic noise. Only cons were not having plates or knives/forks in the kitchenette, and parking was a little tight for a large vehicle. All up we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place if you are travelling with a pet. "

"This room was lovely with a huge bathroom with a separate toilet. It was a pleasant surprise. It was my first time staying above a pub and it was not too noisy. I would not recommend it if travelling with kids as there were some interesting people wandering around the hallways in the morning but great for adults. The room was very clean."

"The rooms were comfortable and well serviced. The water in the bathroom was... nuanced. We went downstairs to the Bistro for dinner both nights of our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the price and quality of the food. The staff were incredibly accommodating when we asked if we could take our unfinished drink (child's soft drink) and meal upstairs to complete it and the complimentary colouring in was a nice distraction."

"Only there for a night but it was everything we needed. Restaurants and bars downstairs that can also provide breakfast. (Try the Overtime cafe, it is great) Was a bit worried about the possible noise from the street but all was quiet. Would recommend to anyone."

"Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. "
