"過ごしやすい"

"This was my worst experience ever! I've made this booking a month before my travel date with full payment made! I and my husband travelled by motorcycle straight from airport to this hotel and hope that we are able to get a good rest since it was already 7:40p.m. when we reached the hotel. But once we arrived only we've been told that there's no room for us and they even asked me to cancel my booking & get refund from hotels.com. (We never get any email from them/ hotels.com) We refuse to do so...

"Quiet escape away from the noise to enjoy the nature. The staff was very hospitable, and the accommodations were superb, with an awesome view overlooking the valley. Loved the large balcony deck with the private pool, and the large room with a really comfortable bed to lie in."

"Geweldig hotel om te verblijven. Wij hadden een leuke huisje bij het zwembad. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Het dorpje Kuta ligt op 10 min. lopen ( wel donker), waardoor het hotel uit de drukte ligt."

"Out dated rooms and design, personal pool was a little dirty lots of ants on day beds. Refill water you need to pay for. Construction on property was going on. I would not stay here again "

"Good location, very clean and only basic amenities (no gym or pool). The service was a bit strange, in terms of lack of flexibility, and food not exciting. However, there is an excellent Malaysian restaurant attached to the front of the hotel that was incredible!"
