"I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel and the personnel working there. It is in a funky location yet oddly safe and so convenient to the Reims Train Station. They have parking, a washer and drier, and very comfortable rooms. The manager that was on staff when we arrived was professional, welcoming, and an all around great person. "24 hour manned reception which was helpful as we were late arriving. Because of renovations, parking was not available next to the hotel, but didn't prove a problem. "We had a warm welcome at reception when we arrive at the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us all the information needed for our stay. He booked the restaurant for us too. "

Rooms are basic but comfortable and the restaurant is good so it makes an ideal place for an overnight stop There are also places to eat / drink plus a few shops and a large supermarket all within walking distance should you need supplies for your journey.
