"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. "The hotel location is poorly designed, the floor is granite but slippery, couple of the customers already slope and felt on their floor. The location is located nearby couple of karaoke places and the windows are not soundproof, very loud, not to peaceful for sleep. The staff are unfriendly, rude and no knowledge of what booking in advance mean.
