"The property is very nice, clean, you can get an ocean view room, it has a beach. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking that is high in the mountain and you have to take a shuttle to go to the hotel. We got there at 1am and we were lost. They never informed us where to park. They told us the shuttle was closed after midnight. Thank God we had a small car and went down the mountain hoping to find the hotel. "Hotel Britannia is wonderful! If possible, book a room with balcony and view. The staff is outstanding. They make you feel at home, and services are superb. Five stars is not enough. "

"Hotel is comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well located. A few mins walk to via Corso and 15 to railway station. The pool area and dining room have wonderful views of bay of Naples. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked. Our standard double room with balcony was fine but we had no view and could have done with more hanging space for a 7 night stay. The sound proofing between rooms and floors is terrible. Kept awake by a crying baby and then by the dining room above prepping for breakfast....
