The staff at the property were extremely kind and helpful and polite. One small frustration was the kitchen area in our room - we were told that if we use it, we would need to pay extra for it, however, we thought we already paid for it by renting this room! "A very nice hotel for tourist and business trips alike. Steps outside the walls of the ancient heart of Fermo, a lovely hill side town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable except for the shower stall which was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient but with limited options."

The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a famous local restaurant serving traditional Italian dinners from 20h. You would like this place if you are looking for a quiet and remote holiday, away from the city. A drive to the see is about 40-50 minutes, so this isn't a coastal hotel. Country walks and trips to Macerata - are pretty much all you could do here."

"Beautiful hotel but a little hard to find and deal with. Probably better for Italians than Americans. Wonderful breakfast and comfortable room. We could not locate the parking and the lady seemed shocked that we had a car. The car got stuck in more than one alleyway while attempting to find the hotel, so hopefully if you go, you have a very small car."

"This hotel is so lovely. It was quiet. Set back from the road, it’s hard to see at first how gorgeous the hotel entrance is. The gardens are beautifully tended and you’ll not hear much more than bird song and the occasional yip from a fox. This is rural Italy at its best. We were charmed by the friendly staff - Stefano was exceptionally helpful. The dining experience was true to Le Marche. Our room was beyond comfortable, with thoughtful items like bedroom slippers and all sorts of toiletries....
