"Me tocó ir a un torneo de gimnasia y estaban hospedadas muchas niñas les faltaba un poco de personal para atender a tanta gente solo había 2 meseros en el desayuno y en la noche no daban abasto me imagino q cuando no hay tanta gente está bien"

"This hotel has terrible communication with Expedia. They wanted me to pay when I had already paid, Expedia gave me confirmation #s hotel id #s and they still didn’t accept that I had paid. They said they would give me a room to stay for the night until the manager came in the next day and resolved the issue; they gave me a key to a room that was being used, I waited another 15 minutes until they came back with a key for another room. I checked in on a Friday and they didn’t confirm my stay until Saturday at around 11 am because I called to ask if the issue had been resolved. This was supposed to be a fun relaxing weekend and I was worried about being kicked out until they cleared it up. I don’t think I would stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend."
