"I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!). "Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded. Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel. "

"This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure.
