"Newly renovated and had a super breakfast and service. The beds were comfortable and one of a very few hotels in Spain with a room safe. Lifeguard at pools. Easy walking for families to an entertaining walk to the beach. Great for families great for us travelling through. "

Had to print off my bank statement to prove I had paid this although booked through Expedia so this should have been done through them. Spent 2 hours checking in due to these issues. "This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"First impression is everything. The front door was white but covered in rust. When you got inside there was rust on all the faucets including in the shower. There was no coffee maker. The view is lovely from the balcony. Bed in the master bedroom was extremely small. It truly is a double bed so if you are 6 feet tall your feet hang off the end. I would not stay there again unless the bed in the master was change to two twins beside each other aka king bed. "
