"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. Swimming pool not so exciting as seen in the promotion of the property. NO toileterties and towel provided. Readily provided and extra pillow for our comfortable stay"

"Clean. New rooms with good maintenance. But towels provided only after asking. Hot water system is solar and erratic, especially early in the morning. DINING Is very limited. Appears to be severely Understaffed. Charges are high for such location. But services are not matched. But reception staff is friendly, but helpless to do more."
