"They were very nice and very accommodating. However, if you rent a golf cart with someone other than the hotel you have to park far away😩. I think the hotel should have pool parties or foam parties on the resort but nevertheless this hotel was GREAT!!"

Sandra, our concierge, was able to assist us with all of our needs such as booking taxis and golf cart rentals. Her response to all of our questions (we had many!) was prompt and detailed. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Xanadu Island resort. The hotel is hidden in a lush setting. The bedrooms are comfortable although they are not as roomy as they look on the pictures. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are golf carts for rent and bikes are complimentary, as well as kayaks. The pool is very pleasant and quiet. "The staff was great and Toast was an amazing place to eat and it was attached to pool area. The pool was always clean and blue. Guevara Tours is right next door to take you to hol chan and shark ray alley. Incredible all around experience!! Will definately stay again!"
