"Very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast too. Only minor downside is that when the hotel is busy the on-site parking available is a little bit limited. There is street parking and public parking (for a small charge) available nearby though."

"This is a great option if you plan on skiing in Pal Arinsal. The ski rentals are a few minutes away, so is the gondola. The receptions are absolute gems and help you throughout your stay with directions and advice. The room itself was clean, compact and most importantly warm. I slept heavenly but I don't have any rheumatic problems so take my advice with a pinch of salt as the mattress was pretty firm and not too dense. All in all, I will be revisiting it next year. Breakfast was great as well!"

"The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. "We had a very comfortable stay, the hosts were both flexible with our arrival and checkout time and very responsive. The apartment itself was large and could fit another couple in the extra bedroom. We would stay here again."

"Marc at the front desk was one of the nicest attendants I’ve come across in my travels. The hotel is a bit older, but that is part of being in Andorra. It could use some small updates though. The room was clean, though the duvet was in the closet which was a little confusing at first. Overall a fine experience. "
