"When I got into my room, I realized that the safe didn't work; I called the reception desk, and they sent somebody to fix it. That night at the hotel's restaurant, they refuse to charge the bill to my room even if I had deposited my credit card. "Nice enough place. Really more of a spot for Chilenos than for US travelers. Instant coffee at a pretty Spartan breakfast. Staff is quite nice. View room but dirty windows. Comfortable beds linens. No toilet paper in the toilets so the used toilet paper goes in the bathroom garbage can. Not crazy about that. "

"Be careful. We had a confirmed booking for two rooms for two nights made almost a year ago but when we arrived were told they were fully booked up. Suspect they had since got a block booking and had "lost" our booking to make room for that. They claimed they had no record of our booking even though I had a printout with all the details. Had to find somewhere else at short notice which was very expensive so not at all happy. Place looked nice but wouldn't stay here again on principle."

"Im Prinzip ein ganz normales Business-Hotel mit Meerblick. Allerdings ließ die Maintenance zu wünschen übrig. Toilette war bei Ankunft in der Nacht verstopft. Morgens zeigte sich, dass auch die Dusche kaum noch ablief. Der Frühstücksraum im obersten Geschoss hat eine prächtige Aussicht. Das Frühstück selbst ist ok - aber auch nicht mehr. "
