Tuvimos la mala suerte de no poder dormir por el viento que hacía, al hacer esquina y estar en el monte había mucho ruido pero solo fue una noche. Las almohadas podrían mejorar. "awful place. We ended up here because accommodation in Cuacos was sold out. In hindsight we should have continued on to Plasencia. Room above a bar. When we stayed here the bar was closed, not sure if that was good or bad, as it meant no food (hardly anywhere in town) but also no noise. Room is very basic and not clean at all!"

"We spent two nights at La Covacha in July and it was an excellent Casa Rural. The owner greeted us and she gave us a lot of good information and amongst other things good directions for two walking trips with fantastic bathing opportunities in the Gargantas. The pool was nice and so was the mini pond with frogs. The large room was clean and breakfast was good as well."

"With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any."
