It's fine for the night but not recommended for a light sleeper as it is within the approach zone of the nearby Bergamo airport"

We asked for help and after a bit of a struggle staff checked and told us the installation wasn't yet complete so the controls wouldn't do anything for about another week. By the time anyone sees this comment the problem should be gone. But 27+ degrees C in the room was uncomfortable."

"This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. I had had a 6 hour drive in bad weather to get there, so whilst my wife went to the San Pellegrino spa I stayed to rest and find somewhere to eat. I was under the impression that the hotel had no restaurant, so I walked up & down the town but only found only empty, gloomy bars & cafes. Despondent I returned to...

"Hotel is nice but dated. Could use a little updating. Limited staff but that's the way things are these days. Breakfast was limited. Front staff did what they could to help with questions we had. In an industrial area but the town centre is a short walk/drive away and is very quaint. Front staff should promote that. A great restaurant in right next door. Made the stay much nicer. All in all it is good value for the price."
