"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. Matt called me before stay, to inform me about the availabilty of dinner options (cold platter during closure of the restaurant during Easter). Highly appreciated! And the the alternative dinner was very tasty. Stay was comfortable, check-in flawless. We met Matt during breakfast, great guy and very spontaneous."
