"Good: Proper rooms for a reasonable price. Beds have good quality linnen. The restaurant in the same building has a variety of good quality food for a very reasonable price. The people are friendly, especially the man from.Srilanka at the reception and the Nepalese man in the restaurant. Hotel is at walking distance from Niswa. Bad: The tour guide provided by this hotel is not good. I lost a lot of money for a tour to the dessert and Sur. It turned out that these guys didn't know anything...

"Nice to be able to stay in the Jebel Sham area. Staff service was excellent but otherwise stay was mediocre. I stayed in a tent and the lighting was very poor. Could not do much. I asked about lighting and got an answer that it was to create atmosphere. If I wanted to be in a cave it would be good. Found the food mediocre especially the breakfast."
