"I had booked 2 deluxe rooms with balcony view and paod extra for it, when we reached after travelling for almost 18 hours by car the rooms given to me had no view instead i can only see water geasers out side my window and room were right opposite the lifts Coulndnt sleep at all with so much noice out side my room also can hear noise of resturant next to our hotel taking orders from customers Opening shower made the wash room completely wet as well as only 1 towel was provided in the room...
