"We were only staying one night as we were attending a wedding but honestly wish we had booked for the weekend. Room was lovely and very clean. Booked in to the restaurant as we had noticed a few gluten free options on the menu outside. Food was great and good value with a bottle of wine. Limited GF options for starters & desserts but good for main courses. Same for breakfast, limited and no cereals but food was nice. Great venue. Wish we had been staying longer to try the bar and catch the music...

"We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...

"Had a lovely stay in apartment 2 for 3 nights with 2 of my sons. Absolutely beautiful accommodation - spotlessly clean and has a boutique feel about it. The apartment is lovely and bright and fresh. "The cottage is warm, comfortable and has a view of Killeavy castle. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. They had essentials waiting for us in the kitchen (tea,milk,bread,etc.) which were very much appreciated. Definitely need a car if you plan on staying here. Road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper plus be very careful coming out of the driveway. The locals drive fast on this road."

"A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! "
